Tolbert Ennis
Tolbert Ennis is the database manager for the Haas Center. Mr. Ennis is a graduate of Oakland University, Louisiana Technical University and received his B.S. in Systems Science from the University of West Florida. He has worked as a database administrator for nearly 20 years and during his time at the Haas Center has developed many custom database applications, including the calculator portion of the Brownfield’s GIS application for Escambia County and an IEDC standards based application for Florida’s Great Northwest, Inc. Mr. Ennis also recently automated data analysis and report production for the Okaloosa County School District Parent Satisfaction Survey.
