Phyllis k. pooley, MBA, JD 
Phyllis K. Pooley has lived in the Pensacola area since 1997. Originally from Virginia, she attended the College of William and Mary as an undergraduate and Washington and Lee University School of Law for her juris doctor degree. She received her MBA from the University of West Florida in 2001. Ms. Pooley began her career at the Haas Center as a graduate student assistant and was promoted to associate director in 2004. Having worked as an attorney in Washington D.C. and the state of Maine, she was admitted last year to the Florida Bar and utilizes her legal background in contract administration at the Center. Ms. Pooley also writes for the Pensacola Business Journal, a monthly publication partnered with the Pensacola News Journal.
